CA Endevor SCM Foreground retrieve locks up after application of V18.1.0

Issue/Introduction

TSO session locks up when attempting to do a retrieve in foreground.  This is happening under 18.1 when the authorized Endevor libraries are allocated under DynaStep.

Resolution

Changes were required to allow Endevor to work with Dynastep.  There is a new parm "COMPAT(ENDEVOR)" that is required on the DYNASTEP statement.   See example below.
"DYNASTEP ADD("iqual.iprfx.CSIQAUTH") PUSH NOMESSAGE COMPAT(ENDEVOR)"
