Custom attributes do not appear while creating a ticket in the Servicepoint UI.
How to add custom attributes to Servicpoint?

Step #1
Login to the Service Desk Manager UI as an Administrator and navigate to Administration->Xflow Interface->object Attributes-> Create new
Add the custom attribute(s)
Step #2
Navigate to Administration->Xflow Interface->General, select "empFactoryAccess" and update it with the custom table name
Step #3
Navigate to Administration->XFlow Interface->Service Point ->Configuration->Default->New Ticket Attributes and add the Variables
Step #4
Restart the xFlow Service for the changes to take effect
Login to Servicepoint. You should be able to view the custom attributes.
