When user opens a request in ServicePoint they see a Call option (phone icon) in the upper right of the page. What is the function of it and how do we mange it.

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER
Login to CA Service desk manager ->Option Manager-> Call Service Desk. Configure the options and recycle CA Service desk services.
Login to Service point, Select Call option to find the Customer case contact number.
