Rally Sync Job 503 and 520 errors

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing the Synchronize Agile Central job shows unexpected warnings: 

• In one job run, the Rally Sync job showed the following warning:

There was a problem syncing tasks for the CA PPM project <Project Name> HTTP/1.1 520 Origin Error

• In a second job, we saw the following:

There was a project syncing CA PPM project: <Project Name> HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable

Environment

Component : CA PPM SAAS RALLY

Cause

This issue is caused by DE58954

Resolution

This issue was fixed as part of Rally defect DE58954.
