Issue/Introduction

We have newly built VM servers for Data Collectors located in different Regions.  Would it matter if these servers have different local time zone settings?

Resolution

Yes, differing timezones can be utilized so long as the times align based on the timezones set and are kept in line by using tools like NTP and Chrony.
