What permissions are needed for DevTest windows service account?

Issue/Introduction

When starting DevTest components as Windows services, the services need to be started as Local System Account or it needs any specific Admin account?

Release : 10.x

Component : Service Virtualization

Cause

None

Resolution

Customer can use the Local System Account to start DevTest services and they should work fine. However, it is Customer's choice whether to go with Local system Account or use a specific Admin account.
