Juniper MIB Files - mismatch between Juniper OID and CA Spectrum OID

Issue/Introduction

We have seen some power supply failures on our Juniper Leafs, and the traps being sent to Spectrum are not recognized in the current OID values used.

 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The JUNOS trap with OID value:

1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.4.1.1

But the trap in Spectrum for power supply failures uses:

1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.4.1.6.1

 

 

Resolution

This is a vendor mib issue as it is not RFC compliant.  It can be worked around in Spectrum by changing the mapping.
