Is any action required in ACF2 or ENF prior to/after application of DB2 APAR PTF UI67927/UI67928 / APAR PH16434

Issue/Introduction

IBM service (RSU) on DB2 V12 has a couple of DB2 apars related to RACF and module DSNX@XAC has holddata actions. 

This system is running ACF2 with ACF2/DB2 interface and would like to know if any action for apar PH16434:

PH16434-UI67928: BINDAGENT SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO FREE AND DROP PACKAGE FOR EXTERNAL SECURITY.

Error description

• For RACF Exit, BINDAGENT can not free package. It should be
  allowed to Free and Drop package to match the internal security
  behavior.
  Currently, BINDAGENT can Free plan already.

Resolution

The IBM fix is related to native DB2 fixing a problem passing information to the security exit.  ACF2 for DB2, and ENF gather it's own needed information to work properly.  Nothing is needed for ACF2/DB2 or ENF.
