In the middle of a 4.3.5 upgrade and the installation is stuck

Issue/Introduction

During the installation there is a installation screen prompting to provide company data for sending Broadcom Telemetry data. 

After filling out the data and clicking the "Next" button it returns an error: Please enter company domain

Release : 4.3

Component : Process Automation

Cause

The following fields are mandatory (regardless of whether you select to send Telemetry data or not): 

• Company
• Company Domain
• Enterprise Site ID
• Internal Identifier

 

 

Resolution

It may be that you have not provided a value to the "Company" field and to see the field you need to scroll up to the top of the screen.
