SOI - SCOM Connector 4.7.0.2 stalled at initializing

Issue/Introduction

The connector did not start after updating SOI System to 4.2, SCOM Connector to 4.7.0.2 and Catalyst to 3.4.3.32.

 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Cause

Connector startup issue .

Resolution

Reboot the connector server. After this, the SOI SCOM connector will succeed to get online.

NOTE: It is expected for SCOM connector to take longer than other connectors like UIM, Spectrum etc. The SCOM Connector may take longer time to fetch all the Cis.
