messagegtw Webhook for ServiceNow fails with 401 Unauthorized after updating password

Issue/Introduction

Problem:

Updating the user password for an existing EndPoint URL fails with error 401

Error captured in the messagegtw.log

messagegtw] DefaultHttpclient.sendHttpRequest:182:    >> POST-ing URL: https://mydev.service-now.com/api/global/em/jsonv2

messagegtw] DefaultHttpclient.sendHttpRequest:196:    << Response: POST https://mydev.service-now.com/api/global/em/jsonv2 returned a response status of 401 Unauthorized

Environment

MESSAGEGTW 1.44, 1.46 with a Webhook for ServiceNow

Cause

This is a known defect that will be address in a future release of the messagegtw probe

Resolution

Messagegtw 1.47T2 hot fix was provided to address this defect
Note: This fix will be included in the next GA version

Additional Information

Current workaround with 1.44 and 1.46
Add a new EndPoint URL with the user and new password and delete the existing Endpoint URL
