Issue/Introduction

There is a report that comes from Deliver, that is trying to be reprinted in CA View, and the report content that is to be printed in Portrait mode is coming out in Landscape mode. Also, the report does not have any DJDE statements, which the print vendor says should be there.

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : CA Deliver

Resolution

For a report that comes to View from CA Deliver, in order to do a reprint of the report from View, the following needs to be done:

. At the View Primary panel, use command "mode expo" to be placed in EXPO mode.

. Do a print of the report, using the "J" command.

. At the standard Print Attributes panel, use command "exp" to go to CA Deliver Reprint Attributes.
Use of "exp" will retrieve the attributes of the report, from the Report Definition in Deliver.

. Submit the print.

With the above, the print will occur as expected.

In this instance, the banner pages printed in landscape mode, and the report pages printed in portrait mode, as all DJDEs were present.

Note: For the report pages, the DJDE was in a PRSET member.
