Event Scenario Modification Date column displays Creation Date value

Issue/Introduction

In the Information Centric Analytics (ICA) console on the page Admin > Event Scenarios, the column Last Modified Date displays the creation date value for user-generated event scenarios rather than the last modified date. Neither resetting the console cache (.../#admin/cache) nor refreshing the page updates the value to reflect the modification date.

Querying the EventScenario table shows the correct ModifiedDate value, however, and the network tab of the browser's developer tools shows the correct modification date (ScenarioDateModified) being returned.

This is caused by a confirmed defect in the ICA console.
