Issue/Introduction

We are seeing issues with the Registry and ED. Registry starts and then throws error saying , not able to connect to Enterpise Dashboard

ED console page was not loading in the browser and also we are seeing the following errors in the logs

2020-12-08 19:14:53,507Z (13:14) [qtp915102974-13902] ERROR com.ca.dradis.service.RegistryService - failed to save registry metrics: 
com.ca.dradis.util.ReceiveQueueException: Could not enqueue message!

Know issue in 10.4

Resolution

We have a patch for this issue. Please refer to ( DE402095)  when opening this ticket. 

 

 

Additional Information

How to apply patch

1. Got to <LISA_HOME>\lib and create patches folder (if does not exist)
2. Extract given .zip file 
3. Copy dradis-10.4.0.jar to <LISA_HOME>\lib\patches folder 
4. Copy following jar from depedencies folder to <LISA_HOME>\lib\dradis folder
 eclipse-collections-10.0.0.M2.jar
 eclipse-collections-api-10.0.0.M2.jar
 eclipse-collections-forkjoin-10.0.0.M2.jar
 elsa-3.0.0-M5.jar
 kotlin-stdlib-1.3.21.jar
 lz4-1.3.0.jar
 mapdb-3.0.7.jar
5. Restart Enterprise Dashboard 

Note: LISA_HOME is installation direction of DevTest
