DX Netops Data Aggregator (DA) unexplained shutdown

Issue/Introduction

The DA shut itself down l database unreachable message in the 'karaf.log' file.  

In the shutdown.log file I see the Data Aggregator (DA) unable to contact any Data Repository (DR) nodes with the following error for each node:

"Caused by: Caused by: java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host (Host unreachable) No route to host (Host unreachable)"

Release : 3.7, 20.2

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

There was a network issue preventing the Data Aggregator from contacting any Data Repository nodes.

Resolution

Correct any network issues between the Data Aggregator and Data Repository nodes.
