Issue/Introduction

Projects -> Gantt view - custom task attribute called State shows blank in Gantt view

First, can you help us understand what might have caused the Task level State attribute to now show as blank in the Gantt view ?  (even though the Task level State attribute has expected value)

Secondly, can we safely [manually?] restore the missing values or mappings, or are we at risk of losing them again?

Release : 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS STUDIO

Resolution

Missing display mappings caused attribute not show on the Gantt. One possible way we confirmed that display mappings will be removed if someone inactivates lookup values. After reviewing app-access.log such action was not identified.
