SMG - No Message Collected

Issue/Introduction

Some customers have reported receiving mail messages without a mail body. In MS Outlook the message <<< No Message Collected >>> is displayed in the body.  What is the cause of this error?

Cause

Non SMG Issue.

Resolution

The "No Message Collected" error is not associated with the SMG product.  The error does present as a general smtp routing error it also can present with some AV software running at the client end.
