Certificate Exception is still getting detections

Issue/Introduction

A locally developed application signed by a certificate is still detected by Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) by Insight as WS.Reputation.

Resolution

1. When entering certificate exceptions, enter an exception for each certificate in the signing chain.
2. Check to make sure that the exception policy applies to the SEP client group(s) intended.
