We need to configure the file and add the line in the file /etc/sysconfig/snmptrapd
OPTIONS="-A -Lf /var/log/snmptrapd.log -p /var/run/snmptrapd.pid" as instructed by Support
But it seems like only the root user has access to modify the file so we are unable to modify the file.
Our customer is asking why hasn't the root access been provided to them.
Why is it for just SNMP we have to engage the service team.
Please provide us with proper reason.
