SMIDENTITY cookie keeps reappearing after we clear the cache in Internet Explorer.

Resolution

Unlike every other check box on the Delete Browsing History dialog in Internet Explorer, if you check "Preserve Favorites website data" cookies will NOT be deleted. You need to uncheck this checkbox to delete the cookies.
