Ard 3.1 Test Case Name exceeds 255 characters, resulting in irrelevant warning

Issue/Introduction

We have noticed anytime a Test Case has a name that is longer than 255 characters when attempting to export the Test Case try to export to ALM we see what appears to be an irrelevant error message. See screenshot below. The Test Case name does not contain any invalid characters. The message is confusing to our users.
