UIM 20.3 OC Alarms window is missing action items options Launch URL & Edit URL Actions

Issue/Introduction

In OC Alarms window the action items Launch URL from the alarm and Edit URL Actions from the upper right corner. 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - OPERATOR CONSOLE

Resolution

Make a backup of $\Nimsoft\hub\security.cfg & $\Nimsoft\probes\service\distsrv\base_acls.cfg. 

Ensure they are in the base_acls.cfg

   <Edit URL Actions>
      name = Edit URL Actions
      desc = Edit URL actions associated with alarms
      access = write
      type = Alarm
      apply_to_existing_acls = Superuser,Administrator,Operator
   </Edit URL Actions>
   <Launch URL Actions>
      name = Launch URL Actions
      desc = Launch URL actions associated with alarms
      access = read
      type = Alarm
      apply_to_existing_acls = Superuser,Administrator,Operator
   </Launch URL Actions>

Open distsrv probe utility which is a available via Admin Console or IM > distsrv ctrl + P > select set_acl_init > for file_name enter base_acls.cfg > click the green arrow.
