After configuration of central/remote BCC a "Secure Connection Failed' error is displayed

Issue/Introduction

After configuring a Central or Remote Control Center, a "Secure Connection Failed" error is displayed rather than the expected Login page.

Cause

Under investigation

Resolution

This is a intermitten issue which will be addressed in a future release.

Workaround

The login page will be displayed after a few minutes have passed and the page is refreshed.
