Global Informational Incidents and Quarantine Incidents are not listed in Incident Management Folder Overview

Issue/Introduction

When Messaging Gateway has been configured with a Center Control Center and a Remote Control Center, Global Information Incidents and Global Quarantine Incidents are not listed under the expected Incident Management Folder Overview. 

Resolution

This is a known issue with the Content Filtering Incident display and will be addrssed with a future release.

The incidents and quarantined messages are displayed under the 'Default' for Incidents or Quarantine respectively.
