Unable to create ntperf profile with timeout after ump_usm 20.1 HF3 application

Issue/Introduction

When trying to create profile with ntperf, it is failing with a timeout after selecting a reference device. If he selects the same reference device for other profile types like services or processes it does not timeout.

 

Environment

UIM 20.1
mcs 20.1 HF3
ump_usm 20.1 HF3
Load balanced UMP

Resolution

DE483596 on 20.1 UIM was created for this issue. But, customer upgraded the UIM version and was not available to provide the data requested by engineering.  And since, the same problem was not reproducible in LAB - Engineering decided to close the defect (DE483596).

After upgrading to UIM 20.3 - customer UIM still have similar issue, and another defect was already created for that issue on 20.3 - DE480041.
