Issue/Introduction

We run the command:  autotrack -U % -v -F "$DATE 00:00" -T "$CDATE 00:00" daily at 04:30am.  This is not new.  We write the output to a file.

The $DATE & $CDATE fields are set to the current date.

We've had a couple of instances this week where the file is blank.  We then run the same command again, and it finds data to report.  We know that our file should never be blank.
