WPs perform log switch twice within seconds under high load

Issue/Introduction

In situations of high load, two consecutive log switches (log rotations) within just a few seconds on the WP logs can be observed.

Environment

Release : 12.2 and 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

This is caused by a software bug.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed and will be available with the following Service Packs:

 

Automation Engine V12.2.10 - released

Automation Engine V12.3.7 - not yet released
