Issue/Introduction

SYSVIEW  r16 abends - s013-20 Abend. SYSPRINT 

Job contains the following SYSPRINT DD:

//             RECFM=FB,LRECL=133,BLKSIZE=27920

Cause

The block size is not a multiple of record length

An OPEN macro instruction was issued for a sequential data set using queued access. BLKSIZE is not a multiple of LRECL, or LRECL is 0 with RECFM=FB or RECFM=FBS, or BLKSIZE is not at least four bytes greater than LRECL with RECFM=V.

Resolution

Changing the BLKSIZE to be 27930 or any other multiple of 133 (the LRECL in this example)
