I would like to check what could be the issue cause AO profile did not trigger alert. Alarm was able to see in alarm history. AO profile is using email gateway. Action mode is On overdue age 10s.

Set the emailgtw to loglevel 4, logsize 20000, then click ok and it will restart.

Configure your AO profile so that it will trigger the email. You can use a message filter and include the string in the alarm message body for the test message. Then send the test alarm via the nas Status window (rt-click->Send Test alarm)

Then you can check to see if the emailgtw sent it as per the emailgtw.log output.
