Issue/Introduction

Users receiving errors "Our service is experiencing errors. Please try again" while trying to pin things.

Release : SAAS

Component : AGILE CENTRAL

Cause

This issue occurs when there is an issue with your Chrome browser, Cache, & cookies or when chrome updates restart is required.

This is a browser-specific error.

Resolution

1. Clear the browser Cache & Cookies

2. Reset Chrome settings to default

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More. Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced. Chromebook, Linux, and Mac: Under "Reset Settings," click Restore settings to their original defaults. Reset Settings. Windows: Under "Reset and cleanup,” click Reset Settings. Reset Settings.


3. Always check for notifications because the browser notify users to restart to apply pending updates
