Dashboard is not working in Internet Explorer after applying the SO14226 in SOI 4.2

Issue/Introduction

After applying the flash patch SO14226,

The dashboard tab of the SOI UI console won’t load in the Internet Explorer browser.

All other functions within the console work.

The dashboard works in other browsers including edge.

Verified IE enhanced security is off.

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) User Interface

Cause

Check the security and compatibility settings on your browser.

Resolution

This was caused by older compatibility settings to accommodate a legacy in-house app.

If your environment has such restrictions, try an alternate browser.
