Compatibility of Symantec IGA vApp with Oracle PaaS as external database

Issue/Introduction

For a new implementation, our customer is asking about compatibility of Symantec IGA vApp with Oracle PaaS as the central database for the entire product.

We already know that IGA is compatible with Oracle On Premise and Oracle RAC, but we need confirmation about the possibility of use Oracle PaaS for this.

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

Oracle PAAS is not on the list in the PSMs
