The jobs are aborting with an error message in the universe.log below.

Resolution

The ownership of the binaries specifically on uxdqmlan has been modified specifically on uxdqmlan Please do the following:

-Stop the company. 

-Log in as root. 

-Execute the command below within the bin directory: 

./uxrights -m grant 


This will grant to execute jobs with any system user and change the uxdqmlan owner to root and add the SUID bit.
