Cannot Deploy Identity Manager in Weblogic

Issue/Introduction

When installing IDM on Weblogic, it doesnt get auto deployed, and when trying to deploy manually, we get following error in the application server log:

16] [rid: 0] [partition-id: 0] [partition-name: DOMAIN] > <BEA-2192510> <Cannot add Jersey servlet for application class com.ca.identitymanager.webservices.WebServicesApplication because ApplicationPath annotation is not set on it.>

And in Weblogic interface:

Message icon - Error Unable to access the selected application.

Message icon - Error com.ca.iamframework.webservices.api.CommonResource

Resolution

I found this, it seems that there was a change in WebLogic from v12.1 and v12.2
