In a SaaS environment while checking the logs, we see that no log file information is displayed.
How can I see the logs?

Navigate to Clarity Log viewer page which can be accessed by specifying security.logs in the Clarity URL:
Access the app-ca.log or other Clarity Logs
In the GCP environments there is a checkbox labelled 'Active only'.
If this is already checked then proceed to un-check it so logs get displayed.
