We have created a cluster of API Gateway 10 and attached the license that you gave us correctly.
Now we have imported the data from the source cluster (API Gateway 9.2) to the new cluster successfully.
When accessing the Policy Manager it gives us a license error. We try to add the new license both by Policy Manager and by the following procedure and it gives us an error

Release : 10.0
Component : API GATEWAY
The migrated gateway 10 did not start after importing the gw 9.2 database, because it tries to communicate with the other cluster nodes in the cluster_info table.
These are GW 9.2 nodes which are not compatible with GW10 nodes and the response is causing the gateway to fail to start.
The solution is to truncate the cluster_info table so the gateway 10 believe there are no other nodes in this cluster.
This table will be updated on start of the gateway and new nodes will be added when they join the cluster.
The problem was not the license file .
