[DUAS][SAP] Warning message from the SAP manager flooding the universe.log

Issue/Introduction

The unvierse.log is flooded with the message below : 

uxsap_test_sap_target     | TargetHost is left empty: load balancing mode will be implemented

 

It only occurs when the SAP manager is configured in Loadbalancing.

Cause

Bug in the SAP manager configuration.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
