Workflow remains in status "Waiting for Precondition" in a ForEach loop

Issue/Introduction

When you have a ForEach Workflow with several objects of which one has a Precondition with a variable, the workflow stops with "Waiting for Preconditions".

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

This can happen if the configuration is not set to recheck

Resolution

In a ForEach Workflow a Precondition should be set to "Repeat Processing" to prevent the loop to hang in the second loop.
