APM 10.7 - Does the time for metric value indicate start or end of the period the metric value relates to?

Issue/Introduction

In workstation, there is a dot for each time period.  Does the time shown for each dot represent the start or end of the 15 second reporting interval?  For example  does the metrics at 17:12:45 represent the value between 17:12:30 and 17:12:45, or between 17:12:45 and 17:13:00?

The metric values are for the 15 second period leading up to the timestamp so in this example 17:12:30 and 17:12:45
