sysfilter becomes case sensitive after upgrading to v5.4

Issue/Introduction

LAC sysfilter has become case sensitive after upgrading from 4.0 to 5.x

Environment

Release : 5.x

Component : LIVE API CREATOR

Cause

"sysfilter=equal(language:'en-US'), the query returns 200 OK ... but when we search with "sysfilter=equal(Language:'en-US'), the query returns response 500 error.

Resolution

This is the correct the behavior which was changed after the 4.0 release and now Sysfilter is Case - Sensitive.
