Issue/Introduction

When users are connecting via Putty they are randomly being kicked out. Whether it is from idle for 5 mins or in the middle of typing a command.  

They then received the following message when they are kicked out

Received unexpected transport-layer packet outside a key exchange, type 33 (unknown)

Resolution

Issue is with the reykey operation. modifying the rekey parameters in putty resolves the issue
