Jaspersoft report runs 1 hour earlier after DST Ended

Issue/Introduction

We have Jaspersoft reports scheduled at 2pm CT but the report runs incorrectly at 1pm CT after we changed from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time Zone. 

Environment

Release : All Supported

Component : CA PPM JASPERSOFT

Cause

This issue can happen if the JVM is using the wrong time zone on the Jaspersoft Server.

Resolution

This link provides the steps to check what time zone the JVM is using and how to correct the setting, if it's picking up the wrong time zone.
