New Starred field is missing in 15.9 since the Emergency Maintenance (pre-patch 1)

Issue/Introduction

Since the Emergency Maintenance patch, the new Starred field is missing in the New UI from all objects that it was available on:

Environment

Release : 15.9

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Cause

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
1- Login to clarity modern UX /pm
2- Navigate to Project List (or other objects that have this enabled)
3- Expand the filter fly out on the right
4- Enter the text 'Starr*'   The "Starred" field is no longer visible

Expected Results: "Starred" field be visible in column selector flyout

Actual Results:  "Starred" field IS NOT visible in column selector flyout

Resolution

The 'Starred' Feature has been temporarily toggled off in the emergency maintenance Patch on 15.9.0. (SaaS Pre-Patch #1 on top of 15.9.0) due to 'Starred' Feature causes performance issues setting a Display Condition or in creating Tasks. It will be re-enabled starting in 15.9.1.
