Issue/Introduction

Dear Team,

We need to upload/update CI relationship in bulk along with versioning for same as well.
For same we need to update below fields as mentioned for CI's and hence kindly guide on same via GR Loader.

Resolution

Step1 : Create MDR under cmdb ( administration->ca_cmdb->mdr management->mdr list-> create new mdr with name and class as "mdr"). 

Step2 : Load the provided excel file to server under c drive. 

Step3 : execute GRLoader : grloader -i c:\ci_and_relation.xlsx -a -n -E -u servicedesk -p [email protected] -s http://localhost:8080
