BlazeMeter Banner Message Blocking Access to Test Links

Issue/Introduction
Private Cloud is configured to display a staging banner when logged into the Private Cloud URL. This banner is blocking some links on the site. For example, the banner is blocking access to the Configuration/History links for a Performance Test as seen below:
Environment
Release : SAAS
Component : BLAZEMETER GENERAL PLATFORM ISSUE
Cause
The "BlazeMeter uses cookies" message is causing the banner to overwrite the top of the Performance test section of the page.
Resolution
Acknowledge the "BlazeMeter Uses Cookies" message by selecting the Got It! button on the page:
