Possibility to change Jaspersoft domain in clarity SAAS

Issue/Introduction

Is there an option to replace/modify the jaspersoft Domain Name that is existing in the Clarity system from CPPMXXXX with the customer name/account name?

Clarity SaaS PPM 15.9

Resolution

Renaming the jaspersoft domain name to a custom name is not an option currently in Clarity SaaS environments. The advanced reporting domain name configured in the Clarity SAAS involves various configuration parameters for not just Clarity (properties file, keystore, database etc.) but also the supporting SaaS automation scripts that is in place to ensure smooth Jaspersoft integration and to ensure advanced reporting content is preserved during future Clarity and Jaspersoft upgrades.
