Error in downloading CSV and PDF report in TDM Portal

Issue/Introduction

PII scan using sensitivity analysis feature thru CA TDM portal has been tested for few tables. After the scan, when download the CSV report, it says successfully downloaded. But when opened the file, it says”unable to open the file”. Downloaded file show it as partial download in the directory.

Also seen the same behavior with PII Audit report download issue. 

 

 

Environment

Component : CA Test Data Manager

Cause

IE browser don't have the Adobe PDF Reader Plugins and CSV caused the issue.

Resolution

Using Chrome browser resolved the issue.
