Error "Site ID value is required" is Received When saving on System Options page

Issue/Introduction

On the System Options page we are unable to select and save the values we want to change.  When saved the follow error message is received.

ERROR

Site ID value is required.

Environment

Release : Any

Resolution

• You must enter the Site ID down on the System Options page
• Your Site ID can be found in your Support cases.
• Please change the options you'd like to change and also update the Site ID below in System Options, then click Save
