Issue/Introduction

Upgrading from 15.0 to 16.0

Other than running TSSFAR utility with the SFSTATS option, is there any other report

to run to compare what a user currently has to what they have after conversion?

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

Certainly the TSSFAR utility with the SFSTATS option should be run.

The other option
to compare all permits, facilities,
attributes, etc before and after,

Is to run TSSCFBK against the 15.0 and 16.0 backup security files with:

TSS LIST(ACIDS) DATA(ALL,PROFILE,PASSWORD,SESSKEY,WORKATTR,EXPIRE)

Then compare the output.

TSS MODIFY BACKUP can be issued to take an immediate backup
before running TSSCFBK.
