Messaging Gateway

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Messaging Gateway (SMG) Control Center host configuration, the listed services include the following:

  • Conduit
  • Brightmail Engine
  • Moonshine
  • Casoop
  • MTA
  • Directory Data Service

The SMG command line interface (CLI) service command does not list "moonshine" or "casoop" as accessible services

Resolution

Moonshine refers to the Disarm service and Casoop to Threat Defense, naming for these services will be corrected in a later release.

While casoop is listed as a service in the SMG comand list interface, "moonshine" is not. This naming and service access gap between the Control Center web console and the CLI will be addressed in a later release.
